Aeralux Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aeralux. We are committed to delivering your air purifier safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external factors such as weather conditions or customs delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered for limited times or specific locations.

  • Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@aeralux.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Aeralux is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Aeralux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

8. Damaged Packages

If your air purifier arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aeralux.com, including photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
